Won 1400$ an they closed the account...

Won $1400 and they closed the account due to having other accounts I didn't use because I had issues with old ones and could never get any help, so I just opened another account. So I won on it, then they told me to pick which account I wanted to keep, and of course, the one I won on, but didn't do what I chose. So they closed that account and won't give me my winnings.

Absolutely terrible. Ive been requesting the ACH trace number from Pulsz to verify that my redemption was deposited but they refuse. My bank has no record of deposit. The only thing that will resolve this issue is that ach trace number. It will clearly and unequivocally show when ,where ,how much ,etc.etc of that particular deposit. Ive been waiting since February 23rd for my payment of 100.00. All they have to do is give me the ACH trace number so I can give it to my bank so they can locate the missing redemption. Pretty simple right??? Not so fast. [PERSON_NAME] refuses to give me or my bank the ACH trace number. Why??? If it will solve this mystery and clear them why would they not want to help and clear this up???

Paid for 250$ in acceleration fees for it to stay at 99.9% for 5 of the payments. No customer chat bot or email.

I had to Google a number that uses Google voice (sketchy) as a answering service. You leave a message with such and such details and they'll contact you back...yeah i am that stupid and commited lol

So I went online and bought two coin packages. One was for 4,999 and one was 199.

It would not let me play after I bought the packages. It kicked me out and said I was restricted, and it will not let me back on, so I would like to get my money back.

My experience with Pulsz Casino has been extremely disappointing.

My original account was suddenly locked without a clear explanation. I contacted support multiple times, complied with every request, and asked for clarification on what policy was allegedly violated but I never received a direct or meaningful answer.

To make matters worse, my account currently has $10 remaining in it, which I am unable to access because of this unexplained lock.

It may not be a huge amount, but its still my money, and players deserve access to their funds or at minimum a clear explanation.

After getting nowhere with support, I created a second account hoping to resolve the situation or continue playing and that account was also suspended without unlocking the original one or explaining anything further.

Ive reviewed the platform policies, and if there is a specific violation, it should be clearly communicated.

Instead, Ive been met with vague responses and no real path toward resolution.

All Im asking for is: A clear written explanation of why my account was locked Access to or return of the remaining $10 balance A fair and transparent review process

Transparency and communication are basic expectations for any online platform handling customer funds. I hope this review prompts someone at Pulsz to actually investigate and resolve this properly.

Until then, I cannot recommend this platform based on my experience.

you have to spend a certain amount on each spin, but they set the machines just like all of them so that even when you get a winning spin, they only give you 0 to 10 percent of what your spin cost. you will go 30 spins in a row without having one winning spin. how is this fair?

they can go 35 or 40 spins without giving you one winning spin when it costs you 50 cents each spin, and when you finally get a winning spin, they give you 8 cents on a *** spin, and this happens 80 percent of the time. your balance does nothing but go down; it systematically breaks down your balance until it is at zero, and with no shame, when your balance is nearly gone, they will take it all with 30 or 40 spins in a row where you didn't hit one winning spin.

All they have done is now stopped responding to me and the refunded me the money I used to play on. Which totaled around 200$ give or take over time. Won’t give me an account ect

They need to do better with their communication because it makes you think they are a scam and fraud company that wants different information so they can use your info to get your message money. I've never seen anything that puts you through difficult verification.

I have sent numerous requests for help and of course I still have not received anything from them yet. So I canceled my redemption and played it really quick and it was not even trying to let me win and I lost it all and I am very disappointed in the customer service or lack of on pulsze and I don't recommend them at all horrible!!!!!!!!!

I was in the middle of doing a redemption when I was kicked out of the screen after doing my screenshot of myself. When I went to log back in, I was locked out.

I don't know my account number by heart, so now I can't reach anybody. Yeah, great business.

Being ripped off

No answer, no customer service. This is an ongoing problem with multiple people I know: their accounts being locked.

It says I have multiple accounts, but FINALLY, when I win, they lock me out of THAT ACCOUNT!! Sure, it is coincidental.
