My experience with Pulsz Casino has been extremely disappointing.
My original account was suddenly locked without a clear explanation. I contacted support multiple times, complied with every request, and asked for clarification on what policy was allegedly violated but I never received a direct or meaningful answer.
To make matters worse, my account currently has $10 remaining in it, which I am unable to access because of this unexplained lock.
It may not be a huge amount, but its still my money, and players deserve access to their funds or at minimum a clear explanation.
After getting nowhere with support, I created a second account hoping to resolve the situation or continue playing and that account was also suspended without unlocking the original one or explaining anything further.
Ive reviewed the platform policies, and if there is a specific violation, it should be clearly communicated.
Instead, Ive been met with vague responses and no real path toward resolution.
All Im asking for is: A clear written explanation of why my account was locked Access to or return of the remaining $10 balance A fair and transparent review process

you have to spend a certain amount on each spin, but they set the machines just like all of them so that even when you get a winning spin, they only give you 0 to 10 percent of what your spin cost. you will go 30 spins in a row without having one winning spin. how is this fair?
they can go 35 or 40 spins without giving you one winning spin when it costs you 50 cents each spin, and when you finally get a winning spin, they give you 8 cents on a *** spin, and this happens 80 percent of the time. your balance does nothing but go down; it systematically breaks down your balance until it is at zero, and with no shame, when your balance is nearly gone, they will take it all with 30 or 40 spins in a row where you didn't hit one winning spin.

Won $1400 and they closed the account due to having other accounts I didn't use because I had issues with old ones and could never get any help, so I just opened another account. So I won on it, then they told me to pick which account I wanted to keep, and of course, the one I won on, but didn't do what I chose. So they closed that account and won't give me my winnings.

It says I have multiple accounts, but FINALLY, when I win, they lock me out of THAT ACCOUNT!! Sure, it is coincidental.
